The Studio

Built for salt air, drawn for stillness.

Bathrooms are the hardest rooms in a South Florida residence: fixed plumbing, humidity, salt air, and building rules on waterproofing and delivery. We design against those facts first — moisture-rated substrates, sealed edges, PVD hardware and stone selected from the actual slab — then make the room feel effortless.

Moisture-rated

Sealed cores and edges, marine-grade where required

Waterfront

New homes on the water, finished properly.

For new construction on the Intracoastal and the canals, we coordinate cabinetry, stone and flooring across every bath in the house so the material story reads as one decision — not eight.
